Heather Simpkins, MD

Dr. Christopher Smith earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University. Following this, he completed his pediatric residency at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA. Dr. Smith aims to improve patient outcomes by including families in medical decision making. He is deeply dedicated to advocating for healthcare equity and accessibility for underserved children, ensuring that every child receives the quality care they deserve. In addition to his broad expertise in pediatrics, Dr. Smith possesses a particular interest in managing pediatric asthma, allergies, eczema, and ADHD. Through compassionate care and evidence-based practices, he strives to empower young patients and their families to lead healthier lives.

Danielle Douglas, CNM, FNP is a certified Nurse Midwife. She graduated with a Master degree in Nurse Midwifery from the University of Michigan. Her clinical interests are pregnancy/labor/delivery/postpartum patients and serving women at any point in their reproductive years and beyond.

Adam Vaughn, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine physician. He earned his medical degree from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills, Mich. Dr. Vaughn is located at Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Domino's Farms and has clinical interests in exercise and sports medicine, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes and preventive medicine.
