Community Mental Health Services, located in Muskegon, Mich., is a public provider of services for people with developmental disabilities and serious mental illness. It provides service under a managed care contract with the state of Michigan, Department of Community Health. Its programs and activities are governed by a board of directors and its services are available to residents of the community who have Medicaid or are uninsured, and are eligible for services as defined by the Michigan Mental Health Code. Community Mental Health Services provides various services, such as speech, hearing and language therapies, medication administration, physical and occupational therapies, crisis intervention, and psychological rehabilitation.

Since its inception in 1866, Allegan County Medical Care Facility is doing business as Allegan County Medical Care Community (ACMCC). It provides health care services to the residents of Allegan County. Allegan County Medical Care Community offers short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, adult day care and memory care.
