what a beautiful and well kept park! the trails are very wide and there was plenty of shade. I love that it can take me to so many parts of Lansing. Bike, stroller, running, and walking friendly!

The walking trails , the lake and the picnic areas. It's pet friendly and you can fish . Kids love it too . Getting back to nature .

Hawk Island is a very well maintained park. The paths are cleared from debris, litter, and seasonal hazards (snow, fallen branches, ect.) daily. There are trash bins and doggie bag waste stations...
