The beds are queen size or double air mattresses that are nice and firm but adjustable to your desired softness. Guests get simple amenities in the room or common area, free wifi, but simple and utilitarian accommodations. The host will generally be available to check you in and out and provide extra services when possible. Shuttle driving to ND games or Red Bud Track and Trail are also available at little cost. The design is energy and water efficient so we ask that you try not to waste resources and help protect the environment. The hot water is limited by the size of the point-of-use electric heater that makes 5 gallons per 20 minutes. Plenty for a quick shower if you follow the directions. Berries and grapes are free to pick when in season. Ionized and filtered water is another bonus we provide. ENJOY! We are always looking to expand into new properties.
