I like Hart Medical. The robot calls me all the time, and then I get to talk to the people. The lady at the Hart Medical is always really smart. I like the sleep machine that I got from them.

My issues have been with billing department. I called and talked to multiple people with no resolution. I tried to escalate to manager and no one returns calls. Done w Hart Medical.
