This was really nice! Not crowded, nice food variety, ample police presence, and the art was great and affordable. Cute old carnival at the end, no admission fee, and lots of businesses stayed...

Waited patiently for 1 hr after boat races for parade. Issues with parade entering carnival area... Entire parade stopped for15 minutes waiting to continue into carnival area.. Certainly need...
