Wealthy Street Bakery, established in 2002, expanded with the opening of Hall Street Bakery in 2014, both founded by Jim and Barb McClurg. In 2023, Andy Havemeier, who grew up in the SE side of Grand Rapids, took over leadership with a vision to continue the legacy of these community-focused bakeries.
