I have lived here 10 months and in that time, we've had break-ins, a fire that destroyed 8 units, a stabbing, gunfire, yelling in the hallways at all hours...not to mention there are 2 washers and...

The prices are decent and parking is ok but the management for this particular property is terrible. The apartments are not taken care of well. The sockets were all painted over and you couldn't...

RUN!!! The community is under new management and claim that they are going to make the place better. Take the advice from a resident who is getting the heck outta here.. There are floods everyday...
