The manager is so rude and abruptive. I called to cancel within 24 hours because I am sick and was coughing and sneezing. She talked at me and stated that canceling wasn't allowed within 48 hours....

I had a great experience yesterday getting my teeth cleaned. She was very patient and explained everything. Their safety protocols for Covid was great. I felt very comfortable.
