Friendly but not everyone listens. Took my 2 daughters in. Asked for butterfly. One lady was doing decent in my daughter's hair through think bake did closer to wolf cut which I don't care for....

Omg.... I would not recommend great clips. There app is terrible estimated times are drastically skewed. if you value your time, schedule a haircut with a professional.
