Paid $18.99 to get my eyebrow and lip waxed. Morgan S waxed off half of my eyebrow and the manager only refunded me $8 even though I now have to wait months for it to grow in. Very unprofessional...

Ok. But seems more like they want to get you out of there quick rather than make sure your haircut is what you want or asked for.
