Granco-Clark

Established in 1947, Granco Clark is a leading North American supplier of equipment to the aluminum extrusion industry. In 1954, the company introduced one of the first direct-flame impingement furnaces to the industry. Though its design has evolved considerably, a Granco Clark furnace is still one of the fastest, most efficient ways to heat billets. It has followed up that first key advancement with many others that have enhanced productivity, reduced labor needs and boosted profile quality from one of the first computer-controlled systems to synchronize the entire extrusion process to its triple-patented Taper Quench, an economical way to achieve isothermal extrusion. The company is one of the only ISO 9001 certified manufacturers of extrusion equipment and is a member of the Aluminum Extruders Council. Granco Clark is located in Belding, Mich.
