I have been working in the mental health/substance abuse field for 40 years now. I have seen many trends in therapy come and go but have found the only thing that helps others is the technique that they can use on their own outside of the therapist's office. It is my mission to help others help themselves. My clients have found great benefit and healing in the very effective tools I use in therapy, such as EMDR, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Developmental Needs Meeting Strategies (DNMS), and my very own Thought Changing Exercise. Gail's areas of expertise include: Anxiety, Addictions, Depression, Grief and Loss, Women's Issues, Negative Self-Talk, Anger Management, Mood Management, PTSD/trauma, and Weight Management.
