The Gilly's you knew has gone up in smoke! The folks at Gilly's have retired their sea legs and traded in their boats for the biggest, baddest smoker in town! Gilly's new menu features the most tender, savory, and aromatic meats in West Michigan. Gilly's chefs are up at the crack of dawn daily to begin slow smoking beef brisket, Amish chicken, pork butt and more. Guests have a choice of 12 rotating craft beers brewed one flight down at B.O.B.'s Brewery. Brewer John's fresh brewed ales pair perfectly with Gilly's smoked meats menu.
