Giacomo Folden, DO, is a Family Medicine physician with Ascension Medical Group. Dr. Folden is board-certified in Family Medicine. He provides preventative care, annual physicals, sick visits, same day walk-in appointments, and office procedures to patients of all ages from newborn to geriatric. Dr. Folden has a special interest in preventative care and health maintenance. He works collaboratively with his patients to develop an individualized plan of care utilizing the most current evidence based recommendations. Outside of the office, Dr. Folden enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and serving as a medical officer in the United States Army Reserve.
