Inspired to create a restaurant that fully supports and embraces our values, we opened Fruicota in 2019. We are committed to keeping all foods plant-based. We believe this helps maintain a clean environment, saves animals from harm, and supports and nourishes the human body on a cellular level. Here at FRUICOTA, we believe in challenging the status quo. That's why we source fresh, local produce from family farms throughout Michigan and work to create whole food, plant-based meals fresh for our customers. Plants have incredible healing capabilities and we are consistently striving to understand how to harness those powers and improve the lives of our customers. We believe we can help make the world a little better this way. Oh, and our food is delicious.
