No stars are warranted for so called service to Redondo Beach. CA. Worst ISP, worst customer service and worst tech support ever!!! Gross incompetence at every encounter and at every level....

The installation tech was a no-show and I started getting charged for service when I didn't have anything installed. Worse service ever, and more expensive than Google Fiber

Worst customer service I have ever been through with the exception of Living Spaces. Very unorganized and they should sell it back to Verizon.
