Frontier gave us a 4 hour window they'd show up at our lake area location where they were to finally install their equipment. We waited 6 hours for them. They never called and never showed up....

Frontier SUCKS! If you like LAG and not being able to do anything with internet, then this is the company for you. I pay for the "fastest" internet they offer, what a JOKE. It may be fast...

I haven't had a consistent signal in months, we will be watching something and then we lose signal. So we do our routine, cycle the router, everytime. We complain, we get an 8 day wait and 4 hour...
