The Franklin Cider Mill, located in Bloomfield Township, opened in 1837 as a gristmill owned by Col. Peter Van Every. The Mill was under construction for about 3 years before being completed. This mill was the first in Oakland County where farmers would sell their wheat for cash money.

Very adorable old cider mill plenty to look around at. Got some doughnuts which didn't last long and got some treats for home. Fun place to meet yo with friends. Friendly staff and nice area.
