They say free WiFi and cable but don't have neither trash sits at camp sites for days before picked-up the pool is green most of the time staff is rude

This is a resort, so there is a resort fee. That would be great, if we needed the gym, wanted to use the pool or kids facility but we did not. We got a nice level pull through spot, but no trees...
