FLO-MAR Apartments is a family business that has been active in the Ypsilanti, Michigan community since 1967. We offer apartments and houses of sizes ranging from studios to 6 bedrooms. Our rentals are located close to the Ypsilanti water tower providing a short walk to Eastern Michigan University's main campus and College of Business, as well as downtown Ypsilanti. Our properties include Victorian houses, townhouses and apartments. Amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and built-in microwaves. We offer FREE high-speed internet. Laundry facilities are located either in the unit or on-site. Parking is on-site or by permit on the street. Tenant security is important to us, so all buildings are brightly lit at night and shrubbery is well-maintained. Some units have decks, porches and picnic areas as well. We take pride in our properties and are constantly making improvements. All units have been renovated in the past few years and appliances are constantly updated. We have a dedicated maintenance staff to make sure that all repairs are attended to in a timely manner. Our tenants are professionals, young families and EMU students.
