SpecialtiesGPC is Growth, Progress, Change. Through our group classes, its our goal to create an environment that facilitates your self improvement. Come visit us for a wide variety of class options like: cycling, strength, balance, cardio, senior, posture/mobility, individualized, equipment specific, and others. My name is Josh, and I run GPC. No matter who you are or where you're at in life, you can always optimize your situation. At GPC, myself and the other instructors here want to find creative ways to give you a good workout. I consider myself a capable instructor, able to help almost anybody sharpen up in their ability, their conditioning, their health or their appearance through fitness. I use an app and an RSVP system to control the flow of traffic into my studio. After every class, the attendees and myself clean the equipment we use. We are mindful of social distancing and I even offer a few classes where you must wear a mask to be in the building. Thank you for your time!
