Welcome to field and fire. We are a wood-fired bakery located in the Grand Rapids Downtown Market. Our specialties include rustic european style breads, french pastries, and neapolitan style pizza. We use 100% organic flour and grains, and we use locally sourced items whenever possible. We care about real food, and believe it can nourish your body and soul. Our basic bread recipe starts with flour, salt, and water. You might be surprised just how good that can taste!

Wow, their bread is good. I am very picky when it comes to bread and they did not disappoint here. I came with my nephew and the staff was very friendly with helping him pick out a cookie.
