Rented a temp controlled unit that flooded, they took no responsibility. LP records now moldy and they say- good luck with that. Buyer beware.

This was a real class act. Not in a good way. I made a reservation over the phone with the national rep. Long schpiel about touring the site. Then the local guy called to confirm my reservation....

This is a bait and reel company for sure they don't have the correct directions. It's not clear on making the order online. I chose one address and it got reserved for another one on top of that...
