Founded in 1985, A&D Home Health Care is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified agency specializing in providing home health care services. The center offers a wide range of programs, including skilled health care professional services, home health care and private duty services, wound and ostomy, cardio and pulmonary, and diabetes education and management programs. Its skilled health care professional services provides registered and licensed nurses, physical and occupational therapists, speech language pathologists and therapists, home health aides, and medical social workers. The center also offers mental health home health care program that teaches and monitors medication use and side effects, coping skills, mental and emotional status, and provides emotional support. Located in Saginaw, it provides services throughout Bay, Midland, Tuscola, Huron, Sanilac, Clare, Gladwin, Isabella and Gratiot in Michigan.
