Dr. Fakih is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and the founding physician of Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates. A native Michigander, she received her bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University in Pharmaceutical Sciences and her medical degree from Michigan State University.
