Employment Plus

History

The company was founded in Bloomington, Indiana by Debbie Burgess of Bloomington. Debbie's son, Mike Ross joined EP the summer of 1993 and soon became a co-owner assisting Debbie with the day to day operations. Since Mike Ross became the president and sole owner he has expanded the company from 4 offices in southern Indiana to 60 locations in 13 states. Burgess has pursued other business ventures within the last several years but continues to be involved with Employment Plus assisting with fundraising and community relations.

Specialties

Employment Plus originally offered traditional staffing services like short-term, long-term and temp to hire placements. As they have grown so have the types of services they offer. In addition to staffing services, Employment Plus has added 5 other divisions to help our clients with a full range of HR Solutions. These division provide services like; Technical Recruiting, Coaching and Training, Assessments and Screening, Safety Tools and Supplies, HR Admin Support.
