Clark Retirement Community has been providing a wide range of services to older adults since 1906. It is a nonprofit organization that provides continuing care and retirement living to the communities of Grand Rapids in Michigan. The retirement community operates two facilities in the Grand Rapids area and provides independent living, skilled nursing and dementia care. Its Clark on Franklin Street facility offers apartments, town homes, duplexes, rooms and nursing centers. Its Clark on Keller Lake facility provides community living and private care services and houses a lake, walking trails and patios in its premises. Clark Retirement is approved as a full-service continuing care retirement community by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission.

Heather Hills Retirement Village is a family-owned retirement community. It offers various services, including respite and hospice care, 24-hour skilled nursing and physician services. The community conducts a variety of social events and activities. It also offers assistance for patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease. It provides private and semiprivate rooms and lounge areas. Its range of rehabilitation services includes physical, speech and occupational therapies. Its additional services include housekeeping, utilities and assistance with dressing. In addition, it offers dining options, chauffeured limousine services, filling insulin syringes and hearing aid assistance. Heather Hills Retirement Village is located in Grand Rapids, Mich.
