El Harissa Market Cafe

El Harissa is a North African and Mediterranean inspired cafe, delicatessen, gelateria, market, and catering service based in Ann Arbor, MI. We are a family owned business, and have been open for more than 7 years. Our food is unique and healthy, cooked from scratch using our own recipes. We draw inspiration from Tunisia, Morocco, Italy, Greece, Lebanon, and beyond. Our food is "slow food," meaning it is cooked in small batches, prioritizing robust flavors and complicated techniques. As a result, some of our dishes can take hours, even days to prepare and cook, and consequently has an a lovely homemade quality. In an effort to keep our community and employees healthy and safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have pivoted to only doing take-out and curbside pick-up. We have also expanded our market to include gourmet ingredients and products that will expand the culinary horizons of your pantry. We look forward to serving you!
