Just be sure that you purchase the USDA choice, if you not you will need a good set of teeth. Their choice meats are good, but a little on the costly side but you get what you pay for.

I have been buying at ebels for several years and cannot believe the customer service today! came across some sausage marked at 99 cents a pound and at the register they said it was 2.49 a pound....
