Early Childhood Center

Flushing Middle School offers educational and extracurricular programs for children from grades seven and eight. A part of the Flushing Community Schools, it features a state-of-the-art computer laboratory, library and media center and a playground. Located in Flushing, Mich., the school s curriculum includes mathematics, English, science, foreign languages, history, geography, economics, industrial arts, physical and health education, music, and arts and crafts. Flushing Middle School regularly organizes a wide range of activities and events, such as alumni banquet, donkey basketball game, field day, knowledge bowl, future business leaders of America, scholastic scrimmage, state fine arts and academic competitions, band and choir concerts, and National Honor Society. The school s students participate in various sports programs, including girl s and boy s basketball, cheerleading, baseball, tennis, badminton, swimming, soccer, and softball.
