I was hoping Dunkin's second showing in Grand Rapids would be better but quality and service are awful brand standards across the NE seem to be much better than here in the Mid West. Long Lines...

Online order, waited 45min for 2 coffees. Zero apology for the wait or any indication staff care. There were at least 4+ people working too.
