Catherine Burtrum graduated summa cum laude from Albion College’s bachelor’s program, majoring in chemistry. She went on to Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she received her doctor of osteopathy degree. She completed her residency in general surgery at Metro Health in Wyoming, MI, where she also served as a resident physician in the intensive care unit. Dr. Burtrum is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the Michigan State Medical Society, the American Osteopathic Association, the Michigan Osteopathic Association and Phi Beta Kappa. Dr. Burtrum joined Oaklawn Medical Group’s active staff in August 2015.

Oaklawn offers Prepared Childbirth Education classes taught monthly by a childbirth educator.

Tiffany Burns received a Bachelor of Science degree in physiology from Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine, where she remained to receive her Doctorate of Medicine degree. She is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Board of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Burns joined Oaklawn Medical Group in 2016.
