Dreamland Theater Inc, located in Ypsilanti, MI, originally opened its doors in 2002 as the home of the Dreamland Puppet Troupe and a community space for artists. In 2009, the decision was made to transition the theater to a non-profit organization to better serve its mission as a hub for local artists to showcase contemporary creative works in various mediums.
Throughout its existence, Dreamland Theater has provided a platform for local artists to present their innovative works, including puppet shows and other artistic performances. As a community arts organization, Dreamland continues to foster creativity and collaboration among artists in the Ypsilanti area.

Couldn't wait to attend the Totally Awesome Fest...the bands started over an hour late at Dreamland...the sound system was horrible - we could not hear the lead singer during the first set at all....
