History

While Donation Mortgage is a new company, the owner, Thomas Klar, has been in the mortgage business for 30+ years. Tom started Donation Mortgage as a way to give back to the community that has given him so much over the years. Donation Mortgage donates $250 on every closed loan to a charitable organization chosen by the individual borrower.
