Tried to transfer funds to another bank. Got a call (likely to confirm I'm the one trying to do this). Told to dial an extension. The extension doesn't get answered and disconnects every time....

Ha this simply must be a training outpost. Never had the slightest issues with dfcu for 30 yrs till I started using this branch. Jeez guys.
