The owner, Armanda, did not know how to bake so she taught herself and tested out the products at various Farmer Markets until it was clear that the product met the highest of standards with the discerning customer. Oh, try the SweetPotato Walnut cake! It is slightly dense, perfectly moist and texture is perfect. And the Magic glaze!! Buttery and crunchy/sugary... just the right amount.. I love the generous...
