Deming's Auto Collision Service

Back in 1957, Dick Deming opened Auto Collision Service, Inc in Hastings, MI. It was a simple two stall garage attached to a Cities Service gas station. Over the next several years he built great and long-term releationships with his customer and their cars. The business gained a reputation for excellent customer service; the quailty of the work and the guarantee of quality, no matter what make of vehicle. The quality was so good, it brought in customers from several counties surrounding Hastings, and particularly Corvette owners and owners of other unique vehicles. As the business grew, there was a need for more space, so he moved it to its current location West State Road, near the Hastings airport. Son Rob followed in his fathers footsteps and learned from his father the essentials of quality and customer service. Rob earned his degree in Automotive Body from Ferris State University in 1979, and along with his wife Sue, continue the tradition his father began. You'll find Rob doing hands-on work with almost every vehicle, while Sue handles the business end. Now commonly known as Deming's Auto Collision Service, the business has progressed into west Michigans premiere auto body shops and its reputation is revered by car collectors, exotic car and RV owners. In fact, the RV repair business brings folks in from all over Michigan and the surrounding states.
