We made reservations 2 weeks in advance for 2 rooms. We go to check in only to be told by the kid at the desk there were no rooms. He had just walked in from sitting in a car with his buddies...

Very disappointed, had a door wall but couldn't use it because screen was on the ground, faucets not attached, piece of tile kicked in, half an inch of dust on cooling unit, hallway missing smoke...

No refund!!!! People were very rude bed had pee stains and mold everywhere! And they said nothing was wrong with room after showing them something clearly was and was given no refund. Horrible...
