Dart Properties was formed in November 1984. The purpose of Dart Properties is to acquire, develop, own and operate real estate. Our primary investments are rental apartments; however, we have been involved in other developments, such as condominiums, land development and office buildings. I live in Clairridge Estates and after 13 years I am being renovated! I got my EVICTION notice from DART PROPERTIES. I don't know what they have to do with me?

Called 3 times and left messages to ask about renting an apartment and as of a week later nobody has bothered to return my call. Based on that going to steer clear of all Dart properties.
