Cynthia Housel, DO, is board certified in internal medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Internists, and the Michigan Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Housel graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa and completed her internal medicine residency at the Detroit Osteopathic Hospital. She has been a practicing internist in Michigan for 25 years. Dr. Housel believes in giving her patients the time they need for each appointment. She feels that being a good listener is a very important part of excellent patient care. Dr. Housel is passionate about geriatric care and enjoys treating her elderly patients.
