If I could give 0 stars I would. Stood in line for 40 minutes was turned away by 3 workers cause their booth was "closed" and started only taking VIPs and first donors. BUNCH OF BS 10/10 DONT...

The lines are ridiculous, im not sure there is a manager at all. Morale is obviously low. There are currently 22 people in line and the employees are just chatting like they don't have something...

This place is horrible now since the new hours began. A lot of people are unhappy with it and mentioned switching to the other non csl plasma donation place. I think Im going with them.
