History

CrossFit Tides was started in 2012 in St Joseph MI and was the first CrossFit Affiliate in Berrien County. The gym saw the membership grow and moved to a larger location in the complex where they now service a large membership of athletes from all walks of life.

CrossFit Tides is the first CrossFit gym in Berrien County, MI - Established in 2012. We are focused on giving our athletes guidance to establish a healthy lifestyle and focus on longevity. Our long-term goals should be focused on being able to stay active with our kids and grandchildren and live independently for as long as possible. We do this with excellent knowledgeable Coaches who work with all athletes to achieve their personal goals.
