We are a CIENA Healthcare facility. We offer skilled nursing and rehabilitation. We have 24-hour nursing care and offer 6 days per week of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology. We offer many healthcare services including: Tracheostomy Care, Tube Feeding, Total Parenteral Nutrition, Wound Care/Wound VAC, Intravenous (IV) Therapy, Pain Management, Infectious Disease Management, Social Services/Discharge Planning, Respite Care, Hospice Care, Vision, Dental, Audiology, and Podiatry Services. We have a very fun activities and amazing food. We offer restaurant-style dinning which creates a positive experience for all. We have a full service salon.
