Care was fine, but their billing and financial department are really world-class bad. It's very clear what the goal is, and it's not patient care. Hard pass.

My Mother in law has been stuck in the ER for 2 days waiting for a bed. The quality of care is poor at best due to understaffing. They need to spend less on advertising and more on patient care!
