Mercy Home Care provides services to the residents of Wexford, Missaukee, Osceola Lake, Mecosta and Clare counties in Michigan. It offers infusion nursing, home health aide, care plan development and wound care services. In addition, the center provides patient education related to current medical conditions and chronic illness. It is a member of Trinity Home Health Services, which is one of the largest Catholic health systems in the United States. Mercy Home Care maintains a location in Grayling, Mich.
