The Community Mental Health Authority is a public mental health agency that serves the residents of Clinton, Eaton and Ingham Counties in Michigan. Angel House is a collaborative project of Child & Family Services, Capital Area. The project is a combination of emergency shelter and children's assessment center, as well as helps the child victims of abuse and neglect.
