Commercial Maintenance, Inc. is a State of Michigan Corporation certified as a Woman Business Enterprise by the City of Detroit and the California Public Utilities Commission. It was established in 1991 as Ross Kelly Cleaning and incorporated as Commercial Maintenance in 1994. Commercial Maintenance, Inc. also purchased the Smith/Douglas Janitorial Company, which was established in 1958. In 2009, Commercial Maintenance Inc. launched a new sister company CMIe which deals specifically with providing healthy work environment alternatives.
