I can't say I don't visit the store I do all my shopping online at the coach store online I have been addicted to Coach since I bought the first one couple years back and now I buy at least 2 to 3...

I don't have any problem with this particular store but instead, Coach.com I have a bottle of very expensive cologne, the nozzle seem to have broken and fallen into the cologne so it won't spray....

Good service, friendly and helpful staff. Helped me find a wristlet in red, leather tote and a leather duffel bag. Felt comfortable to browse and take my time mulling over my more pricey purchases...

Such a disappointment... They assured me of a particular product and I drive an hour and they failed...they failed me and I'm mad and it sucks. I spend a ton of money on these overpriced bags and...

Be careful buying anything from coach after a year if the leather fades/distorts etc. your sh*t outta luck this is what I was told about the bag I bought for my mom for her bday 2 1/2 years ago...
