Felt like I was begging for a service.....multiple contact attmepts to get a measurement scheduled. Then they were late to the appointment, and our quote was almost $1000 over what we were quoted...

We had a shower installed including tile work. The tiles on the floor are crooked. Wall tile is uneven and grout is thick and thin. We are left with an expensive mess.

Some initial hurdles in scheduling and delivery, mostly due to COVID; regardless, redeemed themselves by sending a genius installer, a true craftsmen. The floor is exactly what I envisioned to the mm.
